This is an optional Exotek B5 "Flite" Aluminum Top Shaft. The "Flite" top shaft weighs in at a scant 5 grams, which is over 8 grams lighter than the stock part! Reducing rotating mass is one of the best things you can do to improve performance in spec class applications, because it increases acceleration, improves efficiency, and has a greater affect on performance compared to eliminating static weight. Precision machined 7075 aluminum, polished and hard anodized, this is a must have upgrade for your B5 or B5M.
NOTE: This is a upgrade for the ASC91425 top shaft and is not compatible with cars equipped with the 3 gear transmission.
