After first running hour of the truck the "servo" failed and product was in need of service. Service time was over two weeks!! After second hour of use two of the tyres got loose due broken axle on both tyres. I got 2 pcs spare axles and 8pcs bearings to be changes by myself!! Apparently original sliding bearings are not suitable for the use, wondering why the product is sold with unsuitable parts. After third hour was again one axle broken for which I needed to buy(!) new axles, also bought some spare axles. After fourth hour of use next axle is broken!!! Seems that I can expect after every hour of use to have broken axle. Luckily I can change these axles by myself, but I can only imagine the desperate thoughts of customer who is not capable of doing the service work. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
Hello! Sorry that you have had some problems with the car. Normally we try to keep service times as quick as possible but as this was right after christmas the service times were longer than normal but as a sign of good will you got a better servo installed for free as well as help with a separate (non-warranty) battery problem. Regarding the sliding bearings, they are normal for a car this price and do work fine in normal condition, bearings are a cheap and easy upgrade and we gave them to you as a free upgrade which we think were pretty fair together with the pair of wheel axle you got for free. Regarding the wheel axles, they usually have held up very well but Absima has recently revised them and new spare parts and cars has stronger axles that should be more reliable. Hopefully you now have more luck with the car and we are here to help you if you have further problems with the car.
