Pekko Iivonen leads Team Associated to a 1-2 victory in Vaasa!

HobbyFactory team driver Pekko Iivonen lead Team Associated to a 1-2 victory in the opening round of the Finnish nationals in Vaasa. Pekko as well as Team Associated factory driver Max Mört fought for the lead in the beginning with HB Racing driver Ari Heinonen and another Team Associated factory driver Joona Haatanen. HobbyFactory team driver Arttu Syrjänen completed the top 5. After the 45 minutes Pekko led the HobbyFactory team to a full top 5 lockdown.

Karri Salmela wins in the electric class

The electic class was dominated by Team Associated and Reedy factory driver Karri Salmela. A second place finish for the reigning Finnish champion Jarno Siltanen and a third place for the HobbyFactory team driver Mikko Luopajärvi.

The HobbyFactory team had a strong weekend also in the electric class locking down the first and third spots on the podium. Both Karri and Mikko raced with Team Associated cars and Reedy Motors and ESC's.
